In such case an upfront charge of 5% will be deducted of the refund amount value. For Example: If some body who had opted the Diamond Plan (51 Months) at the time of investment, and he wants to withdraw his funds after 15 months and before 27 months of the date of investment, he will be entitled for General Plan (15 Months) and so far. 3 An agreement on Stamp Paper along with a post dated cheque equal to maturity value will be sent to the investors by courier or registered post. 4 Investment Plans might be changed at any time without any pre information. 5 All the disputes shall be subject to Malerkotla Jurisdiction only.
